About
AI Stack Lab is an independent, hands-on publication about the AI tools, models, and automation workflows that a one-person operation can actually use — judged on a real solo-operator budget, not vendor demos.
Who writes this
I'm YuNa, the solo operator behind AI Stack Lab. I run a one-person business almost entirely on AI tooling — using it every day to draft, build, research, and automate the work that would normally take a small team. Everything here comes out of that daily workflow: I work with these tools directly, track what changes week to week, and write up what genuinely earns a place in a lean stack.
I'm not affiliated with any of the tools I cover, and I don't run vendor hype. When something is overpriced, half-finished, or beaten by a free alternative, I say so — because I'm spending my own money and hours on these decisions too.
What I cover
- AI tools & model releases — what's new, what's worth your time, and what to skip
- Automation workflows — connecting tools to remove manual, repetitive work
- The solo & small-team stack — practical, budget-aware choices with real numbers
How I work
Every article starts from first-hand use, not a press release. I run the tool inside my own workflow, note where it helps and where it gets in the way, compare it against the free or cheaper option, and only then write the verdict. AI pricing and features move monthly, so I note when I last checked and revisit pieces as things change.
I do use AI to help draft — it would be strange to write about an AI-run business otherwise — but every post is shaped, fact-checked, and signed off by me. The experience, the opinions, and the mistakes are mine.
My goal is simple: turn the firehose of AI news into clear, same-day-actionable insight for people building lean.
